We know how exciting it is to receive a parcel, especially when it's a personalised gift for someone
special. We've put together this page to explain how our delivery process works in a simple and
straightforward way.
Our Promise
We're a small independent business and every order is carefully prepared before it leaves us. We
always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while making sure it meets the high
standards we expect.
How We Deliver Your Order
Most of our parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
• Tracked 48 – Our standard delivery option.
• Tracked 24 – Our express delivery option.
For larger or heavier items, we may use an alternative courier to ensure your parcel arrives safely
and securely.
Dispatch Times
As many of our products are handmade or personalised especially for you, dispatch times can vary
slightly.
Personalised items
These are usually ready to dispatch within 2–4 working days, depending on the item you've
ordered.
Non-personalised items
These are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Please note that these times are for preparing your order ready for shipping. Delivery by Royal Mail
or our courier is in addition to these times.
During Busy Periods
At particularly busy times of the year, such as Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day or other
seasonal events, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer than usual. If this happens, we'll
always do our best to keep you informed.
Need Something Urgently?
If you need your order for a particular date or at short notice, please get in touch before placing your
order.
We'll always do our very best to help and, if it's possible to meet your deadline, we'll let you know.
While we can't guarantee every urgent request can be accommodated, we're always happy to
discuss the options with you.
